发现粪水污染长江的排污口，位于鹅公岩大桥九龙坡区一侧桥下，长江*沙溪饮用水源地下游二级保护区外约10米，刚好在保护区之外。九龙坡区环保局污防科科长刘斌说，排出粪水的是市*泄洪排水口，他们赶到现场时已没污水排出了。通过监测发现，污染集中在1月2日中午12点到下午2点期间。

沪深股市是全世界开户数量最多的市场。几千万投资者和几千亿资金面对的新股发行量，不存在摇号中签后不愿付钱的事。因为新股发行上市后的价格必然高于发行价，这是现实。*策制定也必须面对现实，要求投资者认购新股时必须预交相应的资金量，在中国目前的沪深股市完全没有必要。这样做除了加剧二级市场资金量紧缺外，还有什么好处呢？投资者实在不明白。证监会发行部门是否通过新闻发布会，向投资者讲清新股发行上预交款的必要性，或者请广大投资者和接地气的专家重新讨论预交款的利弊。
